Presentación

The robotic and automatic systems use increasingly widely in our society no only in the industrial field, that was his niche of traditional application, but also in the field asistencial and of services. The last statistical data predict an important growth in the number of industrial robots and a still greater increase in the robotics of services. By a part, these data identify a clear tendency of the industry to the automation and robotización of his productive processes with the aim to optimise his efficiency, increase the quality of his products/services and increase his competitiveness in some increasingly technological surroundings. On the other hand, these data also show a progressive integration of the robotic systems and of the systems domóticos in the daily life. In this way, the field of performance of the egresados of this Máster does not reduce only to the industry but it constitutes a wide fan of different applications: medicine, logistical, security, cleaning, restoration, maintenance, etc.

INFORMATIVE BROCHURE

The schedule is exclusively by the afternoons and exists the possibility of registration part time that allows to realise the matrícula of less asignaturas in each academic course.

Plan of studies

The 60 credits ECTS that constitute the plan of studies organise in a total of 30 credits ECTS of matters of compulsory basic training and a specialisation in which the student cursará 18 credits ECTS of matters optativas.

The compulsory matters have divided in a total of 5 asignaturas with 6 credits ECTS each one of them and constitute the formative fundamental base. The matters optativas will be selected by part of the student between a total of 10 matters that present 3 credits ECTS more 6 credits optativos of External Practices. In this way it allows to the student configure his own line curricular.

The student will be able to cursar the Máster according to two modalities of study: complete time, with a length of an academic year, or partial time, where the student prodrá realise the Máster during two academic years. This modality of study will have to select in the moment to effect the matrícula of the Máster.

To finalise the plan of studies, fits to stand out that the student will have to cursar the 12 credits ECTS of the also compulsory Work End of Máster, that will be oriented to the global evaluation of the competitions associated to the degree.

  • CEAU1:Capacity of election of the types of accionamientos necessary for the automation of the operative part of an industrial process.
  • CEAU2:Apply the technicians and suitable methods for the programming and configuration of the elements of control of a system of automation.
  • CEAU3:Election of the most adapted systems to manage the security of a building in function of some determinate needs.
  • CEAU4:Capacity of decision on the processes of necessary manufacture in the preparation of a final product.
  • CEAU5:Capacity of analysis and understanding of all the technological appearances related with the different processes of manufacture and computer systems in an industrial plant.
  • CEAU6:Apply methods, technical and specific instruments to develop systems in real time and tolerantes to failures for the control, monitoring and treatment of data in industrial processes.
  • CEAU7:Take decisions in regard to the design and programming of industrial systems distributed by means of systems of industrial communications.
  • CEAU8:Apply the technicians of suitable manufacture to the resolution of concrete problems, relating the design of products with the processes of manufacture, costs and quality.

Specific competitions: Robotics

  • ZERO1:Application of the technicians of control, planning and programming of robots in distinct situations.
  • ZERO2:Selection of a robot for his implantation in an application having in consideration the existent standards.
  • ZERO3:Capacity to tackle problems of cinematic direct and reverse, using the matrices of transformation for modelar systems articulated.
  • ZERO4:Capacity to analyse and understand the restrictions in the dynamics of the systems articulated.
  • ZERO5:Comprise the operation of the electrical machines and know his utilisation like actuators in robotics.
  • ZERO6:Know the operation of transmissions and reductoras and his application to the systems articulated.
  • ZERO7:Know the new tendencies of the robotics.
  • ZERO8:Know the characteristics and uses of the industrial robotics and of services.

Specific competitions: Theory of control

  • CECO1:Decide the type of system of automatic control more convenient, and know choose the suitable devices for the same, to llevar a determinate application.
  • CECO2:Analyse and understand the configuration of a system of existent control to proceed to his modification or update.
  • CECO3:Approach and design of systems of control and automation in different fields of the tertiary sector in base to the knowledge of the possible needs that usually take place in the same.
  • CECO4:Apply the technicians and necessary instruments to configure controllers in applications of robotics and automation.

Vision

  • CEVI1:Analyse and know apply the tools and technical that allow the extraction and processing of visual information and know choose which are the most adapted in function of the field of application and of the surroundings.
  • CEVI2:Handle computer tools and specific software for the processed of the images obtained by visual sensors.
  • CEVI3:Know and understand the methods of reconstruction and measure of the structure 3D as well as of movement in a scene from digital images.
  • CEVI4:Apply methods, technical and specific instruments for the acquisition and training of image.

Sensors

  • CESSATION1:Be able to choose the most adapted characteristics that it has to have a system of perception of agreement to his application in different fields and areas of industrial automation or of services.
  • CESSATION2:Analyse and understand the importance and applicability of the systems of perception in processes of sensorización in robotic or automatic systems.
  • CESSATION3:Be able to configure sensors, hardware and software, as well as all the elements that constitute a system of perception.
  • CESSATION4:Analyse and optimise the design of a process of taking of measures to obtain the precision and accuracy required.
  • CESSATION5:Evaluate the importance of the limits of measure of the sensory systems in the significance of the results obtained.

Interfaces

  • CEIN1:Design of interfaces man-machine for different types of industrial systems or of services according to the needs.
  • CEIN2:Design and programming of interactive simulations to study the behaviour of teams and robotic systems.
  • CEIN3:Design and set up applications and interfaces for the supervision and monitoring of processes.
