(1) the Computer Engineering and Chemical Engineering are not regulated professions, although they are comparable and that is required to have completed a Degree program + Master to be able to practice the profession.
(2) The Occupational Health and Safety is not regulated profession, although assimilable as it to perform the functions of senior technician in occupational risk prevention will be necessary to have an official university degree and possess an accredited university minimal training with the content specified in the program referred to in Annex VI of RD 39/1997 (RD 337/2010, art. 1. 18) as that obtained with the Master U. in PRL of the University of Alicante.
Royal Decree 337/2010 of 19 March, amending Royal Decree 39/1997 of 17 January, approving the Regulations for Prevention Services is approved; Royal Decree 1109/2007, of 24 August, amending Law 32/2006 of 18 October, regulating subcontracting in the construction industry and Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24 develops laying down minimum safety and health are established in construction.
Eighteen. Paragraph 2 of Article 37 shall read as follows: "2. To perform the functions listed in the preceding paragraph shall require an official university degree and possess an accredited university with the content specified in the program minimal training referred to in Annex VI, whose development will last not less than six hundred hours and adequate to each training time distribution project, respecting laid down in that Annex. '
